Imagine saying ‘I’m fine’ - and really meaning it.
Maybe you think you should be fine. Maybe you know other people have it worse, or you just don’t like to complain. But maybe too, on the inside, you feel anxious or exhausted. Maybe you feel like you’re performing all the time. Or maybe you’re just tired of feeling like you’re never quite enough.
You’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and even successful on the surface — yet inside, they carry anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of not belonging.
In therapy, we can slow down and explore who you are and how you want to be. Together, we can create a safe and compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, your values, and the life you want to live.
A bit about me and my clients
Maybe because my given name is Angel, I’ve always been interested in big questions of purpose and meaning.
I work with adults from any background in all sorts of family and relationship dynamics. This includes all members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I respect neurodiversity and am experienced in working from an affirming approach.
My style is warm, collaborative, and playful. Together, we can:
Explore how your early life experiences have shaped you and your relationships, including the one with your body.
Connect to the needs of your inner child
Navigate complex emotions like grief, anger, and loneliness
Find new possibilities for being that resonate with your values and goals
Build more substantial connections with the world around you
If you're ready to embrace your unique story and meaningfully connect with others and the world around you, I'm here to support you.
Places I work (an ecocentric approach)
If you are in Central or South Manchester, we could meet in person. I also offer virtual appointments in the rest of the UK.
I have a room in Manchester near St Peter’s Square and a private garden office in Brooklands.
In addition to my indoor spaces, I also enjoy working outside and love having sessions as we stroll. If this way of working together sounds good to you, please let me know.
Whether we work together inside or outside, I start from the perspective that we are in a relationship with our environment, and the health of that relationship impacts our well-being.
